If you have ever had a peek inside Frances’ stud

If you have ever had a peek inside Frances’ studio, you might have caught a glimpse of this doll’s house made by her Great Grandfather, who was born in approximately 1880 in Leeds.

It had a beautiful garden and each room had pieces of hand-carved furniture hand-carved.

There are still some of his original pieces in the rooms.

The doll’s house is a source of inspiration for when Frances is sculpting in her studio.

In celebration of Holocaust survivor Arek Hersh MBE’s birthday this week, here’s a clip from when Frances sculpted him in front of a live audience. Arek was the very first Holocaust survivor that Frances sculpted for her ongoing project with @yadvashemukfoundation. The event was for the @nationalholocaustmuseumuk.
